Client Support Specialist

About the Role: Client Support Specialist

You’re gonna get the chance to be part of our awesome product team by helping us support our clients, contributors and internal people. Our product is awesome and we’re adding new clients all the time, as such we need a great person to join us and help to review, triage and quickly resolve various incoming requests in Zendesk (our support software). You should be comfortable speaking with people through email and phone channels.

The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, is diligent in their work, is very detailed oriented and can handle a multi-tasking role.
 

What we’d like you to do:

  • Build and run a technical support system using Zendesk
  • Draw our engineers’ attention to bugs you uncover
  • Make our clients love us even more
  • Interact with clients via phone and email, turn them into raving fans
     

What an incredible candidate looks like:

  • 1-2 years of Support/Helpdesk experience
  • Excellent verbal and written comm skills
  • Proven problem solving, troubleshooting, technical and customer service skills
  • Experience with Zendesk and JIRA would be AWESOME
