About the Role: Sales Enablement Manager

You’ll get the opportunity to build our Sales Enablement function from scratch. We’re looking for a brilliant Sales Enablement Manager to join our small but rapidly growing and mighty marketing team. You need to have the entrepreneurial experience required to design and build this critical function of the company from the ground up and provide sales training and productivity programs for a range of market segments to address the needs of our Enterprise-focused sales organization. You should be familiar with a structure that includes Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) for tele-prospecting and lead qualification, Account Executives (AE’s) supporting the complexity of an Enterprise sales strategy and Account Managers (AM’s) with lifecycle marketing and retention strategies. You will be creating the required sales tools, sales training and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing -- ultimately supporting and increasing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales organization.

This role will have a ton of creative freedom and will make a huge impact on our potential to grow fast.


What we’d like you to do:

  • Aligning with senior sales and marketing leaders on Sales Enablement priorities by segment to impact sales productivity and grow our business faster
  • Own the responsibility for spearheading the creation of sales enablement programs to train our SDR, AE and AM groups and run specific marketing-led sales programs to accelerate conversion to pipeline
  • Identify gaps and challenges across skill sets, product knowledge and training programs, and roll out training that addresses those challenges
  • Delivering onboarding and initial training boot camps and establishing role based learning paths
  • Extend brand and marketing messaging content to sales enablement content, crafting consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Manage the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of key content and sales tools across the sales cycle
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement productivity goals rooted in best practices.


What an incredible candidate looks like:

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales enablement, sales and/or marketing roles for SaaS solutions and high growth B2B technology companies
  • You must be able to thrive in an environment that is dynamic with daily challenges. The ability to build solid relationships with sales and all levels of the organization is critical to the success of this position.
  • You’re familiar with today’s sales enablement best practices and have a track record to brag about
  • Previous selling experience is preferred
  • Experienced with our CRM Salesforce
  • Experienced with Sales methodologies such as Customer Centric Solution & Value Selling and Story Telling
  • You’re a great communicator and people don’t sleep through your presentation
