About the Role: Sales Enablement Manager
You’ll get the opportunity to build our Sales Enablement function from scratch. We’re looking for a brilliant Sales Enablement Manager to join our small but rapidly growing and mighty marketing team. You need to have the entrepreneurial experience required to design and build this critical function of the company from the ground up and provide sales training and productivity programs for a range of market segments to address the needs of our Enterprise-focused sales organization. You should be familiar with a structure that includes Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) for tele-prospecting and lead qualification, Account Executives (AE’s) supporting the complexity of an Enterprise sales strategy and Account Managers (AM’s) with lifecycle marketing and retention strategies. You will be creating the required sales tools, sales training and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing -- ultimately supporting and increasing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales organization.
