About the Role: VP Client Success
FlashStock has incredible customers! These are big brands from all over the world that have chosen to rely on the FlashStock creative network to produce their content quickly at high quality. Our Client Success teams act as primary contacts for set lists of customers and provide for the smooth flow of briefs (that’s like a request for us to go make content) from client->Delivery team->back to client. Our CSMs are also responsible for driving the annual renewal of contracts including preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations leading up to renewal.
To continue our growth, FlashStock is now ready for a senior-level SaaS Client Success leader to take us from today’s team of 9 CSMs and 2 Team Managers developing our CS process in North America to tomorrow when we will have a perfected process in North America and we are taking on the challenge of significantly expanding globally. The Shutterstock Acquisition provides a unique opportunity for us to expand our client base rapidly and it will be your role to prepare us for that as quickly as possible.
